  • Wallet Address: Your connected cryptocurrency wallet address for transactions and identity on the Platform.
  • Transaction Data: Records of your trading activity, including bets placed, market interactions, and payouts.
  • X Account Information (Optional): If you choose to link your X account, we collect limited information as described in Section 3.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information for the following purposes:

  • Operating and maintaining the Platform
  • Processing transactions and distributing fees
  • Identifying market creators and post authors for fee distributions
  • Preventing fraud and ensuring Platform integrity
  • Improving our services

3. X (Twitter) Integration

Connecting your X account is entirely optional. The Platform is fully operational without connecting your X account. You can use all core features, create markets, and place bets without X integration.

3.1 Permissions Requested

When you choose to connect your X account, we request read-only permissions only. Specifically, we request:

  • Read your profile information: Your X username, display name, and profile picture
  • Read your account information: Your unique X user ID

We do NOT request permission to:

  • Post tweets or interact on your behalf
  • Read your direct messages
  • Access your followers or following lists
  • Like, retweet, or bookmark content
  • Make any changes to your X account

3.2 Purpose of X Integration

The sole purpose of connecting your X account is to identify you as a post author or market creator for fee distribution. When prediction markets are created from your public X posts, connecting your account allows us to:

  • Verify that you are the original author of X posts used in markets
  • Distribute the 50% author fee share to you when markets based on your posts generate fees
  • Display your X profile in the creator/author attribution

3.3 Unlinking Your X Account

You may unlink your X account at any time through your profile settings. Upon unlinking, we will remove the association between your X account and your wallet address. This will not affect any historical transactions or fee distributions that have already occurred.

4. Data Storage and Security

We store your information securely using industry-standard practices. Your data is stored in secure databases with appropriate access controls. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Public Information

Due to the transparent nature of blockchain technology and our Platform's commitment to transparency:

  • Your wallet address and trading activity on the Platform are publicly visible
  • If you connect your X account, the association between your X profile and Platform activity may be publicly displayed
  • Market creation, trades, and outcomes are publicly recorded for transparency

6. Third-Party Services

We integrate with the following third-party services:

  • X (Twitter): For optional account linking (read-only access)
  • Blockchain Networks: For processing transactions
  • Wallet Providers: For authentication and transaction signing

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing their collection and use of data.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:
